 CAMS SOLAR LLC is hiring a Solar Service Technician with knowledge in electrical systems and commercial solar space. Our Solar Service Technician will be responsible for completing service calls, troubleshooting solar site systems and electrical. Must have an excellent work ethic, good communication and documenting skills. The job opportunity will work on multiple site in the state of Georgia and will be assigned a company vehicle. 
 
 Solar Service Technician Responsibilities: 
 
 <ul>
 <li>Responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of Photovoltaic (PV) inverters, combiner boxes, solar panels and other components.</li>
 <li>Able to replace/install hardware, PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment and any other component within the solar site</li>
 <li>Perform commissioning of equipment depending on degree on maintenance needed</li>
 <li>Perform electrical testing using appropriate PPE and procedures</li>
 <li>Prepare reports, if needed to comply with deliverables in O&M contracts</li>
 <li>Help in all areas of preventative and corrective maintenance as directed by manager with minimal supervision</li>
 <li>Attend training sessions on equipment as provided by the manufacturer and approved by manager.</li>
 <li>In the performance of your duties, use equipment and resources in accordance with instructions provided by the company</li>
 <li>Maintains adherence to Company policies, quality, environmental health and safety policies and good housekeeping practices</li>
 <li>Carry out any other tasks delegated by the company</li>
 </ul> 
 
 <ul>
 <li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li>
 <li>Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics, technical manuals, procedures and regulations</li>
 <li>Experience in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting PV systems preferred</li>
 <li>PV System site inspection experience preferred</li>
 <li>Electrical knowledge/training experience of at least 1 year.</li>
 <li>Must have good organization, communication, analytical, planning and customer service skills</li>
 <li>Must be flexible, be able to adapt to new situations, have self-control and have high integrity</li>
 <li>Must have flexibility to work during weekends and be available on call at all times</li>
 <li>Competent skills using Microsoft office softwares like Outlook, Excel, Word</li>
 </ul> 
 
 Essential Functions:

 <li>lift objects weighing 30 pounds</li>
 <li>climb and descend stairs and ladders</li>
 <li>stoop when servicing equipment</li>
 <li>work outdoors, potentially in extreme weather conditions</li>
 <li>move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces</li>
 <li>wear personal protective equipment</li>
 <li>see and recognize hazards</li>
 <li>75% travel (You will be traveling all of Georgia)</li>
 <li>Role is open to all in Georgia but those Centrally located preferred</li>
