 Pure Energy, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced Journeyman Electrician in Solar Installations to join our team in Waco, TX. Electrical work in the Solar Industry is a rapidly growing career.  Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety</li>
 <li>Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process</li>
 <li>Troubleshoot and problem solve as necessary under the direction of Master Electrician</li>
 <li>Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards</li>
 <li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
 <li>All other duties as assigned</li>
 </ul>
 Skills & Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li>Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License</li>
 <li>Valid Texas Driver's license</li>
 <li>Follow/execute proper electrical standards set forth by Master Electrician</li>
 <li>Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics</li>
 <li>Experience in solar PV electrical system installations</li>
 <li>Willing to occasionally travel within Texas to complete projects</li>
 <li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills</li>
 <li>Extremely punctual and reliable with great attention to detail</li>
 <li>Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor</li>
 <li>Ability to work well others in a supportive, collaborative team environment</li>
 <li>Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset</li>
 <li>Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed</li>
 </ul>
 Preferred
 <ul>
 <li>OSHA General Industry certifications</li>
 <li>NABCEP certifications</li>
 </ul>
