Are you a seasoned Solar Installer & Electrician with over 5 years of hands-on experience? Do you excel in communication, customer care, technology, and teamwork? Position: Solar Installer & Electrician Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Responsibilities:
As a Solar Installer & Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
 <li>Performing main panel upgrades</li>
 <li>Troubleshooting SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, and Q Cells batteries and solar systems</li>
 <li>Installing batteries and solar systems with precision</li>
 <li>Uploading progressive job photos for financing companies</li>
 <li>Managing and maintaining cleanliness in the trailer and warehouse</li>
 <li>Commissioning and troubleshooting older solar systems</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the solar industry, with deep knowledge of solar installation techniques, materials, and equipment. In addition to the skills mentioned above, you should be passionate about delivering quality work and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay range of $26 to $29 per hour, based on your experience and expertise. While this is a seasonal position, there is potential for it to become a full-time role depending on performance and business growth.
