 Position Description Oversees the assembly of the assigned product lines and delegates the daily work assignments. Performs production work as needed. Job Responsibilities <ul>
<li>Oversees the assembly of products, ensuring the highest level of quality at the lowest possible cost, while meeting company standards.</li>
<li>Organizes space, equipment and personnel work assignments for successful execution of the production schedule, makes adjustments as necessary.</li>
<li>Trains employees; assigns and directs work; provides feedback to supervisor regarding employee work performance; addresses complaints and resolves problems.</li>
<li>Resolves routine production and personnel problems while reporting non-routine problems to supervisor,</li>
<li>May perform equipment repairs and preventive maintenance, as well as set up activities to ensure compliance.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills Requirements <ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Possesses strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to use all hand tools.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of the BOM system</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate leadership skills</li>
<li>Computer skills</li>
<li>Ability to understand LEAN principles to perform job duties for continuous improvement</li>
<li>Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location 
</li>
</ul>Competencies Education <ul>
<li>High School diploma</li>
<li>General Education Degree 
</li>
</ul>
Experience Requirements <ul><li>2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment 
</li></ul>
Certifications Preferred Physical & Environmental Requirements <ul>
<li> Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11-27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs) </li>
<li> Generally good working conditions. </li>
<li> Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8-12 hours) </li>
<li> Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours) 
</li>
