## Skills- Experience in sales, particularly in the energy sector- Knowledge of energy market trends and products- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions- Previous experience in Solar sales or technical sales is a plus- Proficiency in door-to-door sales techniques- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base- Strong leadership skills to drive sales initiatives and motivate team members
