Langan is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Los Angeles, CA. This individual will serve a key function in providing assistance with the planning, coordinating, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in project management for mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal, and other exciting land development projects in a continuous learning environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination and permitting of civil engineering, land development and infrastructure projects;
- Assist with the preparation and submittal of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, applications and design plans for projects;
- Recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve efficiency and services performed;
- Apply knowledge and techniques of project scheduling and submittals;
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments; and
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred;
- 0-2 years experience;
- Current Notary or ability to obtain within 6 months;
- Prior relevant professional experience in project coordination;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
- Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Base Hourly Range: $30 - $35. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. This position is also eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
