The Role: Project Developer for Natural Gas & Carbon Capture

Join the forefront of the energy transition as a Project Developer spearheading Natural Gas and Carbon Capture projects in the thriving markets of Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Louisiana, among others.
About the Role: You will receive comprehensive guidance from a seasoned professional with 20 years in the energy sector. As you advance, you will assume the role of Lead Developer and contribute individually to the projects.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute the development of designated projects
– Negotiate essential development agreements
– Oversee the permitting process and proactively address other necessary project development tasks
– Cultivate local community backing for the project
– Foster relationships and forge commercial agreements with potential off-takers of project output
– Guide external consultants and liaise with internal teams, including engineering, finance, energy management/origination, external affairs, legal, and asset management
– Administrative duties include providing regular project updates, action items, and budget reports to Management
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in energy project development with a track record of successful energy project completions
– Independent, organized, and capable of working effectively with all organizational levels; must have exceptional business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
– Project finance background extremely appreciated
– In-depth knowledge of real estate intricacies
– Skilled in collecting, organizing, and methodically analyzing complex data
Compensation:
Experienced candidates can earn $100,000 – $130,000 base salary with annual bonus and long term incentives.
