Position Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) works on the IONNA Deployment Team and is responsible for managing system controls from plan through opening. The successful candidate will optimize processes to help accelerate team growth across cross functional programs. The successful candidate will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders including our Deployment Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Design Build Vendors, and Procurement managers. Daily job functions will range from project schedule monitoring and reporting, Procore systems updates, Long Lead Item and PO order management.

What Youll Do

  • Owner of Operations milestones for critical system controls for projects from plan to completion
  • Detail oriented work to ensure data in internal systems show correctly for drivers for internal project management after site opening.
  • Educate Deployment team on processes if errors are found
  • Serve as the Deployment Team business partner for internal cross-functional teams
  • Continuously drive efficiency improvements with internal systems

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for efficiency and priority
  • Superb communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and solve before they become costly to correct
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience working with real estate development, utilities, solar, or construction is highly desirable
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
