Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies for renewable resources
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s global presence
- Manage and grow relationships with key international clients
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with international buyers
- Analyze global market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipment of goods
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize operations and customer service
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in sales within the logistics industry is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in international sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in export sales, preferably in the renewable resources sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with a good network of industry contacts.
- Possess market analysis and judgment abilities, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
- Strong understanding of global markets, international trade regulations, and logistics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time)
