Responsibilities:
– Conduct sales presentations and promote solar energy products to potential customers
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
– Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Experience:
– Proven experience in solar sales or a related field
– Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
– Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM systems
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
– Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Knowledge of the solar energy market and industry trends
– Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus
– Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
