Construction Engineer

Location: Washington, DC, US

Duration: Full-Time

·       This is a boots on the ground, construction management opportunity for someone with prior mechanical engineering experience in commercial or residential construction, Preferably with HVAC.

·       Must have experience working for a General Contractor or Subcontractor.

·       Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering is preferred but we will go with relevant years’ of exp too.

·       Client is an engineering and energy services firm that specializes in energy efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainable construction projects.

·       This company goes in at the building level — school campus, large multifamily residential complexes, and they speak with developers, owners, and evaluate current spending and emissions, and provides upgrades to reduce emissions and in turn offer long-term savings.
