Job Title: Solar Foreman
- Pay Rate: $28-35/hr (Open to panel pay and service flat rate fees)
- Location: Primarily PA, expanding into NJ and DE
About Imperium Solar: We are a fast-growing O&M company dedicated to solar repair work. Our primary focus is servicing systems installed by other companies, many of which have been abandoned. We occasionally handle new installations, but our core business is solving a variety of issues for existing systems.
Position Overview: As the Solar Foreman, you will lead and manage installation teams, ensuring high-quality work and safety at all times. You must be skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Generac inverters, as well as overseeing projects from start to finish. Growth opportunities are available as we expand into new regions, with the potential for panel pay and service flat rate fees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or other structures according to specifications and safety guidelines.
- Lead team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar panel systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with installed systems and manage service-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections to ensure system integrity and performance.
Requirements:
- Experience with fixture installation, blueprint reading, and electrical work.
- Familiarity with SolarEdge, Enphase, and Generac inverters.
- Proficient in using hand tools and interpreting schematics.
- Knowledge of low voltage systems, National Electrical Code (NEC), and commercial electrician practices.
- Ability to work at heights and on rooftops in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Forklift certification is a plus

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 40 per week
