Job Responsibilities
- PRN staff will travel across different states and sites ranging from construction, infrastructure, wind farms, and solar.
- Provides prompt and efficient basic, intermediate, or advanced life support care of the patient prior to EMS arrival if required.
- Administers basic, intermediate, and advanced patient care within the limits of licensure or certification and in accordance with approved protocols.
- Provide efficient health care service utilizing telemedicine.
- Assist physicians in all aspects of patient care while on project.
- Measures and records vital signs, collects specimens, and escorts patients the treatment facilities as needed, documenting, and recording all patient interactions and care provided
- Documents all aspects of patient condition and treatment on run reports. Obtains and records non-medical patient information as required by the company. Completes other patient documentation and forms as required by the company.
- Conducts record keeping, filing, data entry as required by the project other than patient or treatment related records.
- Work as liaison between clients, managers, and workers’ compensation partners to provide routine information related to medical treatments and procedures
- Assist client with development and maintenance of onsite Medical Emergency Response Plans. (MERP)
- Maintains competency in the use of all onsite telemedicine, laboratory, and diagnostic equipment.
- Submits both weekly and Monthly written professional formatted project related and operational reports, in addition to ad hoc reports as required by the project or requested by the project supervision.
- Maintains inventory of medications, supplies and equipment according to Company policies.
- Conducts regular equipment inventory and testing to ensure all equipment for which the paramedic is responsible is present, clean and in proper working order.
- Administer DOT & Non-DOT urine drug collections, occupational testing to include audiometry, PFT, and Respiratory Fit Testing.
- Occasional offsite client testing and education per client request.
- Participates and contributes to all onsite safety meetings.
- Participate and/or conduct “Man – Down” drills.
- May be asked to perform other duties to support project.

Must be able to pass a medical fitness review
Must be able to pass a detailed criminal background check
Must be able to pass a detailed motor vehicle record background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have a favorable driving record for the past (5) years
Education / Certifications
Local State License / Certification a plus, or ability to get the Local State License
ACLS or BLS certification required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
Lodging will be provided during assignment
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
