The Company:

They are an up-and-coming business with significant growth targets, this opportunity offers the chance to lead all construction activities for the USA .

The Role:

As Senior Project Manager , you will play a pivotal role in guiding the EPC team in order to drive projects to success . You will serve as the primary technical advisor, ensuring the successful construction of Utility Scale Solar, Storage and Wind projects. Supporting site engineers and acting as a project advisor, you will oversee the construction of innovative projects.

Some duties will include:

• Be the driving force behind construction activities of a Multi-GW+ pipeline of Utility scale Solar, Wind and Storage projects throughout the USA
• Develop & execute 3-to-5 years strategy
• Plan and track project milestones, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Manage owner’s engineering efforts and guarantee project excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management practices.
• Lead and establish relationships with EPC contractors, manufacturers, and transformer suppliers. Oversee contract management
• Recruit, lead & manage team of project managers and site managers for future success. Build up the team to deliver projects in line with strategic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction/Project Management of utility scale projects.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects
• The ability to recruit, lead, and drive results from a high performing team
• A strong ability to operate at all levels, right up to Board Level management
• Be able to solve complex problems, Engage, Lead, motivate and inspire teams to success
• Able to speak English – Spanish is desired
