Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Analog and Digital electronic design and related fields
- 7+ years of experience in Power Electronics and/or Power Conversion systems
- Hands on experience with Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems
- Hands on experience with power supply design, analysis, and simulation
- Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and documentation
- Hands on experience with electronics lab test equipment
- Understanding of technical requirements and documentation

- MSEE or related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system level evaluations and debug activities related to enterprise level battery energy storage systems. Work with the larger development (software, firmware, mechanical) team to implement changes required.
- Plan and execute project subtasks (designing, testing, etc.)
- Assist in product and process design and review
- Guide engineers, technicians and associates to ensure project and product quality and performance
- Consult with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project quality and performance
- Establish and follow industry best practices for new and existing designs
- Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements by applying advanced electrical engineering knowledge and principles
- Contribute to internal design reviews to ensure adherence to the Honeywell design process and methodology.
