About The Role

CO2 capture use and storage has been identified as an important element in delivering on the company’s commitment to Net Zero. We are actively developing several Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) projects and pilots in the US & Canada. As we continue to look for more sustainable ways to build, we need world-class talent to join our team. People who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and keen to grow, learn, develop and thrive in our high-performance culture.We are currently searching for a Carbon Capture Technology Manager that has had exposure to various carbon capture technologies that are applicable to the cement industry. The role is designed to support the business with expertise in carbon capture technologies and carbon management processes and expand our internal capabilities as we develop various exciting projects in the USA and Canada.Reporting to the Director, CCUS Projects (North America) you will be involved in all phases of various CCUS projects in the region (feasibility, conceptual, pilots, technology selection, basic engineering, FEED, EPC, etc.), you will have an opportunity to drive business decisions and make a real world impact through project development delivering deep decarbonization in a hard to abate industry. You will form part of a dynamic collaborative team of professionals focused on CCUS and cement decarbonization.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or years of equivalent experience.
Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering
Required Work Experience: 10 years experience on industrial gasses, natural gas processing and/or CO2 capture projects:
Travel Requirements: Able to travel as needed for feasibility studies and supporting project managers. Travel required :25% of the time. Mainly in the USA and Canada
