Job Description

We are hiring Solar Sals Representatives for our client in the Greater New England Area. Our client is a leading provider in the Renewable Energy and Solar industry and is looking for motivated Sales Professionals to join their team.

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll connect with potential customers through door-to-door interactions, educating them on the benefits of renewable energy and solar solutions. This is a full-cycle role, you will be responsible for managing and canvassing your local territory and closing deals from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions
  • Territory Management: Strategically plan, canvas, and manage your local territory
  • Energy Consultation: Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and propose solar solutions
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with new customers

Requirements

  • Sales Expertise: 2+ years of door-to-door experience is preferred
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Renewable Energy and Solar industry is a plus
  • Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Hunter Mentality: Highly motivated and strong self-starer
Compensation
Our client offers a lucrative compensation package that includes commission + residuals. The OTE for this role is $70,000 – $100,000+. With PPW’s under $2, our client offers a competitive and fair commission structure that allows you to succeed without sacrificing your integrity or customer satisfaction.
