Role Overview: As a Senior Solar Project Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of solar energy. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Technical Leadership: You’ll lead the design and engineering efforts for solar PV systems, ranging from 500KW – 15MW, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest solar technologies and contribute to continuous improvement in system design and installation practices.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar project engineering.
• Proficiency in PV system design software ( AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
