Responsibilities of the Residential Solar Sales Operations Manager:
The Solar Sales Ops Administrator assists both internal operations and external organizations in the oversight and management of all contracted PV projects. Job tasks include: supporting Operation and Sales Teams in the scheduling of work and coordinating of services; assist in the progress reporting and document procurement; coordinating regulatory approvals (e.g., Utility Interconnection, Department of Planning & Permitting, etc.) when necessary; assisting in the solar cycle from Sale to Installation and Permission to Operate; providing administrative support for project management related to the onboarding of customers; and utilize our unique software systems and processes to update workflow and associated staff.
During the project period, the Residential Solar Sales Manager reports to the specific direction of the Residential Operations Director and Management Team, relative to other assigned responsibilities. This position provides a key conduit between operations and the sales team to provide updates, gather information, answer questions, and be a first line resource for disseminating information to the operations team about the overall customer status and experience.
Great customer service skills, an ability to communicate effectively and professionally, and a constantly positive attitude are a must for this position.
