Job Title: Residential & Commercial Solar Installer

SUMMARY
Harvest Solar, a solar electrical contractor located in Bozeman MT, is seeking reliable Residential & Commercial grid-tied and Off-Grid PV systems. In this position, the installer will work with a great crew in the great outdoors of Montana to ensure all systems are installed at the highest quality in a timely and professional fashion. This position is a full time year round position. Harvest believes in educating our installers and to make you feel a part of the team! We are currently only looking for local applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Install solar systems and associated electrical equipment
• Follow safe working practices at all times on the job site
• Complete all work efficiently and to a high-quality standard
• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• Document completion of the installation
• Clean up of job site
• Ensure outstanding customer service standard is met
• Attend training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety
• Additional duties required as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year construction experience required
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Occasional paid travel required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with solar installation

Pay: $24.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
