GrowSpace is an Agrivoltaic energy and data services provider, we partner with farms and landowners to develop and optimize renewable energy systems. Our Proprietary Agrivoltaic technology allows us to custom configure renewable energy with regenerative farming, to produce clean, efficient, and profitable power and additional cash flow for farms and agricultural businesses.

Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Development Partner. As GrowSpace Development Partner, you will be providing bootstrap financing and leadership advisory services alongside founder and other partners. Our development team will be responsible for building a revolutionary energy and data services platform interconnected with a powerful mobile app. As Development Partner, you share in the leadership and growth of the company, as well as ownership of the App Product entitling you to a partnership share of sales and overall revenue.

Candidates for a GrowSpace Development Partner will ideally have previous experience co-founding and leading an early-stage company, or have equivalent entrepreneurial experience. However, it is not strictly necessary. What is required is a clear understanding of our innovative business model and how it is directly tied to the drive to improve the planet by improving the food supply, and the drive to transition to sustainable renewable energy at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Seed Funding Commitment.
  • Work closely with the Founder on go-to-market strategies.
  • Understand and formulate opinions on industry trends and work closely with the team to drive accelerated growth.
  • Drive due-diligence and analysis on potential Agrivoltaic Project Deals to assess unique insights.
  • Post-investment, work closely with Founder and serve as an advisor to help grow the business.

Qualifications:

  • A personal interest or connection to the startup/VC ecosystem.
  • Current or Prior VC (especially seed stage) investing experience preferred.
  • Consulting experience in the renewable energy industry.
  • Sales skills and experience in promoting innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of agricultural practices and emerging AgTech markets.

Compensation:

Partnership includes includes automatic cash bonus, profit sharing, disbursement payouts according to partner’s share of revenue. Detailed terms can be discussed further with qualified applicants.
