Job Summary

A Solutions Advisor is responsible for assisting the Technical Support Organization team in all activities related to complex, technical issues.

  • Handle escalated cases sent to the Solutions Advisors Salesforce queue by the technical support expert and other internal business partners
  • Mange long/short term project work requests that come directly from customers and technical support experts. This included but is not limited to bulk requests for seasonal changes
  • Own and work escalation cases from premium customers
  • Answer questions from the technical support team
  • Attend customer calls when a support resource is needed

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers – Relaying all pertinent information and making sure that we are actively working to resolve their issue
  • Use Salesforce to log all work completed for customers
  • Keeping your cases organized, up to date and well documented
  • Communicating efficiently and professionally with customers/vendors/ and GridPoint team
  • Have urgency in all work performed

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Executive Escalation experience preferred
  • Construction or facility management experience preferred
  • Electrical or mechanical service industry experience preferred
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel
  • Team player and ability to work well cross functionally
  • Ability to work overtime when required
