Job Summary
A Solutions Advisor is responsible for assisting the Technical Support Organization team in all activities related to complex, technical issues.
- Handle escalated cases sent to the Solutions Advisors Salesforce queue by the technical support expert and other internal business partners
- Mange long/short term project work requests that come directly from customers and technical support experts. This included but is not limited to bulk requests for seasonal changes
- Own and work escalation cases from premium customers
- Answer questions from the technical support team
- Attend customer calls when a support resource is needed
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Interact with customers – Relaying all pertinent information and making sure that we are actively working to resolve their issue
- Use Salesforce to log all work completed for customers
- Keeping your cases organized, up to date and well documented
- Communicating efficiently and professionally with customers/vendors/ and GridPoint team
- Have urgency in all work performed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Executive Escalation experience preferred
- Construction or facility management experience preferred
- Electrical or mechanical service industry experience preferred
- Performs well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel
- Team player and ability to work well cross functionally
- Ability to work overtime when required
