Overview:

GridNRG is a call center for Solar selling in 40 states. We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic Solar sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads through inbound/outbound phone calls, using their exceptional communication skills to build rapport with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to develop their skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

Duties:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls to engage with customers and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Use warm calling techniques to build trust and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively communicate the value of our products or services.
  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Manage a high-volume call schedule and maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, identify new sales strategies, and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product information and industry trends to maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, outbound calling, and telemarketing.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential customers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage sales leads and customer relationships.
  • Experience with technology sales is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a high-volume call schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $50.00 per hour
