We are looking to add a Client Outreach Coordinator to our dynamic Portland install team!

Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, some overtime as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Assertive and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Over-the-phone sales competency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic understanding of building science or general construction preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming calls from prospective GreenSavers clients
  • Inform about and sell Home Performance Audits, Beyond Net Zero Audits, and Home Energy Consultations to new and existing clients
  • Sell enrollment into the GreenSavers Home Performance Plan to new and existing clients
  • Follow protocols for scheduling energy audits and estimates for new clients
  • Accurately fill out the GS client intake form
  • Primary responsibility for reaching out to vendor-referred clients (i.e. Milgard, Mitsubishi, etc.)
  • Primary responsibility to engage with and sell water heaters to Home Depot water heater leads
  • Primary responsibility for reaching out to and scheduling appointments with Home Depot HVAC leads
  • Process downstream Home Depot paperwork
