Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Pay Scale: $20.00 per hour + $25.00 per appointment set + $25.00 per completed project

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company in The Home Depot stores in Bend and Redmond. This role combines marketing and sales skills with a focus on generating new client appointments for our HVAC and water heater services. The ideal candidate will be polished, outgoing, and deeply interested in green energy, home electrification, and future-oriented building science.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage Customers: Proactively engage with Home Depot customers to introduce our green energy solutions, including HVAC systems and water heaters.
- Generate Appointments: Schedule appointments for in-home consultations and sales presentations, focusing on understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Marketing Support: Promote our brand and services through in-store displays, informational materials, and engaging demonstrations.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with Home Depot associates and management to ensure smooth collaboration and support.
- Manage Schedule: Independently manage your schedule to maximize in-store presence and appointment bookings.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in green energy, building science, and home electrification trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications
- Polished and Professional: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Outgoing and Enthusiastic: Energetic and engaging personality with a genuine interest in home electrification, green energy solutions, and future-oriented building science.
- Reliability: Highly reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with store associates and customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation
- Required to pass a background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and reach
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- This position requires a minimum of 20 in-store hours per week on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- 2-3 additional hours will be required throughout the week to attend trainings and complete administrative tasks.
