Position Overview:

As a Relationship Manager at Green Bear Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our solar and roofing business. This is a commission-only sales position, perfect for those with a competitive mindset and a passion for sales, offering unlimited earning potential. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify their energy and roofing needs, and provide solutions that align with our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects by generating leads, networking, and engaging with potential clients
  • Educate homeowners and business owners on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and consultations to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Close sales and guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from proposal to installation
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote referral business
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or services in the market

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar, roofing, or a related industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Familiarity with renewable energy and/or construction industries is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
