Green Bear Solutions is seeking a Lead Generator to join our growing team! As a Lead Generator, you will set appointments with homeowners that are interested in our services, such as solar energy solutions and roofing. The ideal candidate for this position will have a trainable and coachable attitude, a drive to succeed, and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business development activities to generate leads and follow up with prospects (door to door, online marketing, etc.)
- Schedule appointments with homeowners
- Obtain electricity bills from homeowners in order to help our team build sales proposals designed specifically for their energy needs
- Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking
- Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and sales techniques
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential leads within specific target demographics or industries.
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads efficiently, keep track of interactions, and prioritize follow-up tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, marketing teams, and other departments to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Efficient time management skills to balance lead generation activities with other responsibilities and meet targets and deadlines consistently.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $2,000.00 – $6,500.00 per week
