Job Description: As a Solar Advisor/Lead Gen Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our customer base by capturing leads and setting appointments within our Walmart store. You will engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to generate interest and excitement. This role is perfect for experienced door-to-door appointment setters looking for a comfortable, indoor work environment away from the intense Arizona heat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Engage with Walmart customers to introduce our solar and home energy efficiency
products.
-Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
-Schedule both in-home and virtual consultations for customers with our energy efficiency experts.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude while meeting daily appointment setting
targets.
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in appointment setting, preferably in door-to-door sales.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong persuasive abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Basic computer skills for record-keeping and scheduling.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
