What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with manufacturing partners, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement forward-thinking procurement strategies.
Stay ahead of legislative changes and industry trends to drive strategic decisions and enhance our business outcomes.
Craft and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of essential materials and services, supporting our multi-gigawatt solar and storage pipeline.
Cultivate strong partnerships with potential and existing domestic and international suppliers, maximizing mutual value.
Keep abreast of industry advancements, emerging market dynamics, and technological innovations to optimize our procurement strategies.
Navigate potential risks, including supply chain disruptions and market fluctuations, with a proactive and comprehensive approach.
Establish metrics and foster strategic alliances to secure consistent access to global suppliers, aligning with our growth objectives.
Requirements
Leadership Experience: Over 12 years in supply chain and/or procurement leadership roles.
Industry Expertise: Minimum 10 years in strategic roles within the solar and/or storage development sector.
Relationship Building: Proven success in building and maintaining international relationships within the industry.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of procurement best practices, global supply chain dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or global supply chain management; Master’s degree preferred.
Travel: Domestic and international travel required, up to 25%.
