Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Manager of Real Estate to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in our Real Estate department, supporting the acquisition and management of properties critical to our projects. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., with occasional travel to our Bay Area headquarters and other locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead land diligence, title, and survey matters throughout project lifecycles, ensuring all acquisitions meet financing and operational requirements.
Coordinate with title companies to facilitate property purchases and resolve any title issues.
Collaborate with underwriters to mitigate project risks and secure necessary insurance.
Manage mineral rights assessments and clearances as needed.
Oversee ALTA surveys and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets related to real estate activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in renewable energy or utility-scale solar projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Finance, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related fields.
Familiarity with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and mineral interests.
Proven ability to manage land acquisitions through financial closing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a track record of successful team collaboration.
Strong sense of ownership and dedication to achieving project goals.
