Are you passionate about sustainable energy and helping others? We are looking for a dynamic Virtual Sales Specialist to educate and guide prospects on the benefits of solar power and energy efficiency upgrades. This is a remote, home-based hourly position with significant, uncapped commission potential. Ideal candidates will be located in LA, MS, NJ, PA, CT, MA, RI.

Essential Job Functions

Engage with Existing Customers: Speak with customers about our clean energy solutions to ensure they stay on track for installation and activation.

Achieve Monthly Goals: Meet and exceed all monthly retention goals.

Customer Collaboration: Work with Sales and Operations teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Live Presentations: Be prepared for live transfers to present solar options to prospects.

Document Execution: Assist prospects in executing documents and provide necessary information to facilitate the solar process.

Scope of Work: Present requirements and complete documentation for additional work as needed.

Customer Service: Deliver high-level customer service throughout the customer lifecycle.

Referrals: Actively reach out to satisfied customers for referral opportunities.

Feedback: Collaborate with sales leadership to provide customer feedback, identify learnings, and share best practices to minimize future issues.

Project Management: Take over opportunities not yet installed, guiding them through the process to completion.

Flexible Scheduling: Must be able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts.

Education And Experience

Education: Four-year college degree preferred.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Sales Experience: At least two years of solar sales experience (inside or outside sales) preferred.

Quota Achievement: Proven success in a quota-driven solar sales role, with a history of meeting and exceeding metrics.

In-Home Sales: In-home sales experience preferred.

Customer Complaints: Proven experience resolving customer complaints related to sales, implementation, or project management.

Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with Google Workspace preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Bilingual: Being bilingual is a plus.

$70,000—$110,000 USD
