Position Overview: We are looking for licensed Electricians with solar capability to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidates will have experience in solar installations and general electrical work.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, timely, efficiently and succinctly a core requirement.
- Install and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
- Perform general electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Install SPAN and other electrical panels, boxes, switches and outlets.
- Understand load and load requirements as we scope prospective jobs.
- Travel between various job sites.
- Ability to complete permits as needed by jurisdiction.
- Ensure compliance with state and local electrical codes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely with our leadership.
- Perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct site assessments for solar installations.
- Maintain and repair solar and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with other contractors on site.
- Document installation and maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
- Travel between job sites as needed.
Qualifications:
- State-specific electrical licenses and certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electrical work with solar capability preferred.
- Familiarity with safety training and certifications.
- Ability to travel frequently between job sites.
- State-specific electrical licenses and certifications (to be researched).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between job sites.
- Knowledge of solar technologies and general electrical systems.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Valid Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
