Part-time Administrator
Gardner Capital, a leading affordable housing and renewable energy developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator, is experiencing significant growth. With primary regional offices in St. Louis, Missouri, and Dallas, Texas, we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrator to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a professional office environment.
Essential Functions:
Front Office Management: Welcome visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel. Answer telephone calls, manage correspondence, and ensure the reception area is tidy.
Document Handling: File and organize documents to maintain confidentiality and ease of access. Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized office environment. Order office supplies as needed and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars for executives, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel as necessary.
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to executive team members, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
Project Monitoring: Assist with tracking the progress of various projects, coordinating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Facility Management: Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven administrative or assistant experience.
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with other calendar management software.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle the dynamic needs of a growing company.
Compensation:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This part-time role requires 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are from either 1-6 pm or 2-6 pm; however, flexibility is necessary as hours may vary based on business needs.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a professional office environment in St. Louis, MO that is fast paced yet supportive. The position involves frequent interaction with staff and external partners. Relocation to one of these locations is necessary prior to commencement of work.
