About Gardner Capital:

Gardner Capital is a prominent Affordable Housing and Solar developer, investor, and tax credit syndicator with a national presence. We are committed to innovation in renewable energy and housing, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced EA to oversee and manage our office operations in St. Louis. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and contribute to driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team, including the Chief of Staff.
  • Manage and organize active calendars of appointments and meetings.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including, but not limited to, managing phone lines, visitors, office supplies, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for technology and telecommunication needs.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and oversee the flow of information.
  • Support executive departments with administrative tasks, filing, document organization, and project monitoring.
  • Manage office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in office supplies and services.
  • Organize office events, meetings, appointments, and participate in special projects and event coordination.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees and manage office policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility management, vendors, and contractors. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other office management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people skills.
  • Resourceful collaborator who can also work effectively independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and other office management software.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Initiative-taking with a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
