We are currently seeking a Solar Sales Closer to help handle our excess leads. Solar Sales Closers are responsible for traveling to scheduled appointments to inform prospective customers about the benefits of renewable energy and the value it brings. We will provide the necessary leads, training, and tools to ensure success. All we need from you is a positive attitude and an ALL IN mindset.

Job Description
- Attend 2-3 weekly sales trainings.
- Compete in office and company-wide competitions.
- Solar Sales Closers travel to scheduled solar consultations, educate clients about renewable energy, and walk customers through the solar process.
- In addition to closing company provided leads, you are encouraged to generate your own business that is compensated at a higher pay scale.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments set by G3.
- MUST be able to work Evening and Weekend Hours, in addition to daytime appointments (you need to be available when homeowners off work after 4-8pm)
- PRIME TIME 4-8pm and weekends: those wont be the only hours you work, but if youre never available during those hours youll cut your overall income potential in 1/2.
- Self Generating Business, in Addition to Company Provided Leads, isnt required but heavily encouraged. weve found that it improves your skill set and increases your overall income.
Expectations and Critical Skill Sets
- Operate outside of an office environment and willing to drive up-to an 1.5 hrs. outside Pittsburgh.
- Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules. Accommodating evening and Saturday appointments will be required.
- Proven track record of field sales experience and hitting set sales metrics (closing % & attrition rate)
- Able to handle mature conversations with customers, operations team, and other employees in a respectful manner.
- Must have access to a vehicle and smartphone at all times (iPad/Table is encouraged)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and a problem solver

Pay: $75,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
