Power System Engineer (Renewables)

Our Client, a global leader in the Renewable Industry, is seeking an entry level Power System Engineer to join their US expansion. You will have the opportunity to have a remote home-base with some travel to US Solar and BESS sites/offices.

You will responsible for:

• Becoming an SME in renewable interconnection and grid stability studies.
• Providing support to mathematical modelling modifications.
• Being the main point of contact for client troubleshooting and queries.
• Be key part of ‘site acceptance’ team for Solar and BESS projects all over the US.

The candidate will possess the following:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or related.
• Deep understanding of power systems and renewable energy.
• Proficiency in PSSE and/or PSCAD is highly desirable.
• Expertise in Python is desirable but not required.
