Job Description:

Freedom Solar Pro, a leading provider of solar energy solutions, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Door Knockers to join our dynamic sales team. As a Door Knocker, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating leads and setting appointments with potential customers interested in switching to solar energy.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential areas to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.

– Engage with potential customers, providing information about our solar products and services.

– Schedule appointments for our sales consultants to conduct in-home consultations.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads generated.

– Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

– Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent is a plus but not required.

– Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

– Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

– Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

– No background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $65,319.00 – $145,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
