Job Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and overcome installation challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Construction, Electrical, Roofing, HVAC, Dish/Cable installation experience is a plus (Training Provided)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
