Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Manager Sales (AgTech) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Representative will work closely with our software development team to understand the capabilities and offerings of our company and will be responsible for presenting these to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities that enable you to drive consistent delivery of monthly ARR within the agriculture industry.
- Identify prospects in the AgTech industry in the North America. These include companies in the cattle and crop production and management space.
- Position Folio3 as a leading technology consultant and software service provider in the agriculture industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and enable them to promote Folio3s products and services i the agriculture industry.
- Handle the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, demo, solution, proposal and signoff, and follow-up to ensure customer success – in collaboration with Folio3s presales, technical and consulting resources.
- Identify business opportunities and share feedback with the business and product teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience selling technology products and services in the agriculture industry.
- Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external).
- A sense of urgency and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to thrive in a rapidly moving and changing company environment.
- Resourcefulness and results driven operating style with a collaborative and coachable mindset.
- Tends to do more with less and also has bias correction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Superior presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level audiences.
- Can see the bigger picture and capitalize on further opportunities with Sales and Client Partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
