Fidelium Consulting works at the intersection of government and industry, providing clients with an agile small business partner for managing high-impact market transformation programs. Through our work in support of the U.S. Department of Energys Better Buildings Initiative, we serve at the forefront of the governments effort to accelerate the adoption of proven decarbonization and energy efficiency practices and make critical progress towards our sustainability goals.

Candidates for these positions should have direct experience and knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency in buildings. They should have experience working collaboratively in a professional setting, along with an enthusiasm and commitment for delivering excellent customer service. High levels of conscientiousness is a must, along with a readiness to shift tasks quickly and operate flexibly.

Sustainability Consultant

Consultants will work directly with organizations that are decarbonizing their buildings in innovative ways, in coordination with federal staff and other contractors. They will serve as the day-to-day liaison to partners in the Better Buildings Initiative, and be responsible for the following range of activities:

• Responding to partner questions and facilitating their engagement with the program.
• Connecting partners to technical assistance from world-class experts to help organizations overcome real-world barriers to decarbonization.
• Overseeing peer exchange and stakeholder engagement activities that bring together contributors with different backgrounds to advance common goals.
• Contributing to communications activities that amplify the impact of participating organizations deep into the marketplace.
• Managing key program facilitation tasks to help federal staff and program contractors stay coordinated and on task.

Required: Minimum 3 years relevant experience for Sustainability Consultant, and 6 years relevant experience for Senior Sustainability Consultant.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $115,000. These ranges consist of the minimum and maximum annual salary believed to be accurate at the time of posting, based on the stated skills and experience levels.
