Through our work in support of the U.S. Department of Energys Better Buildings Initiative, we serve at the forefront of the governments effort to accelerate the adoption of proven decarbonization and energy efficiency practices and make critical progress towards our sustainability goals.

Candidates for these positions should have direct experience and knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency in buildings. They should have experience working collaboratively in a professional setting, along with an enthusiasm and commitment for delivering excellent customer service. High levels of conscientiousness is a must, along with a readiness to shift tasks quickly and operate flexibly.

Program Support Specialist

Program Support Specialists ensure the success of our programs by serving as the operational backbones. They enhance efficiency, foster coordination, and support strategic planning efforts. By streamlining processes and maintaining critical systems, they enable the team to focus on high-impact activities and achieve program goals effectively. Their key responsibilities will include:

• Leading process improvement activities to identify better and more efficient ways to organize tasks.
• Facilitating program activities to ensure federal staff and contractors stay coordinated and on task.
• Engaging and assisting with organizational planning to ensure the federal governments voluntary market transformation programs remain relevant and valuable for their partners.
• Maintaining systems like Salesforce and SharePoint Groups to ensure critical information about partner engagement, and their needs and challenges, is organized and utilized effectively for the benefit of DOE and the program.

In addition to the direct project work described above, the Program Support Specialist will contribute to a range of business development activities and operational tasks to help Fidelium Consulting expand our role supporting the clean energy transition.

Required: Minimum 1-year relevant experience for entry-level Program Support Specialist and 4 years relevant experience for Senior Program Support Specialist.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000. These ranges consist of the minimum and maximum annual salary believed to be accurate at the time of posting, based on the stated skills and experience levels.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, we are unable to sponsor visas.
