FHIA Remodeling is hiring an ambitious team of management trainees for its rapidly-growing outside marketing department. Ideal candidates will be competitive, outgoing, and coachable with the goal of being in a management position to earn between $100k to $200k per year. Our job is to train you thoroughly and quickly, and then we’ll watch you earn more than your counterparts in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

What You’ll Do:
- Learn and perform at the entry level: be the face of FHIA Remodeling as an outside marketer in our canvassing campaigns
- Be a self-starter while working in a team environment
- Deliver interactive marketing presentations on our quality products and services which include: energy-efficient, impact windows, doors, and roofing systems
- Achieve milestone goals for management trainee consideration, usually between three (3) to six (6) months of meeting performance expectations
- Learn to train and develop representatives, interview new prospects, participate in company travel opportunities and market expansions
- Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to manage teams and markets

- Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Team leadership experience: military veteran, team sports, food and beverage, hospitality, door to door/canvassing, solar sales
- Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish – a plus
- BA/BSc or some college coursework preferred
