Job Description

Description:

The Porter provides routine cleaning and custodial maintenance of the propertys exterior and interior. They are responsible for maintaining clean and hygienic conditions of the propertys premises and facilities.

Offering *$500 Sign-on Bonus

  • Paid after 90 days of successful employment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
  • Ensure a safe and clean living experience for our residents.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
