EHS Manager
Location: Manor, TX
Salary: $115k-$125k + 10% bonus
Schedule: Monday- Friday (fully on-site)

What you get to do:
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental programs at federal, state, local, and company standards.
- Develop and maintain an EHS culture through monitoring KPIs: LTA, NLTA, Near Misses, Unsafe acts/conditions, TSV, Ergonomics, EHS Training Hours, Environmental metrics, etc.
- Report EHS performance to top management and develop action plans for identified risks.
- Act as the EHS Management Representative for all regulatory entities.
- Implement and improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).
- Ensure regulatory compliance with waste management, wastewater discharge, air quality, and spill control.
- Own the Environmental & Energy Management Systems (ISO 14001 & 50001) and be accountable for environmental and energy objectives.
- Participate in the design and planning of EHS training programs.
- Advise on ergonomic and safety evaluations of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct evaluations, inspections, and visits to identify unsafe acts and conditions, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Support internal and external audits in EHS.
- Promote and participate in accident investigation and reporting.
- Manage the Site Brigades and implement the emergency management program.
- Oversee the implementation of the Pandemic Response Plan.
- Organize activities to promote employee participation in safety and environmental programs.
- Maintain safety for critical processes and audit compliance.
- Manage PPE usage and administration.
- Report results and recommendations to plant management.
- Plan and execute the annual EHS operating budget.
What you need to succeed:
- Degree in Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Protection, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in similar work environments.
- Education as a Health & Safety Professional.
- Competence in Federal, State, and local EHS regulations.
- Full competence in ISO 45001, 14001 & 50001 Systems.
- Strong knowledge/experience in Sustainability Management.
- Experience in Emergency Preparedness and Response.
- Knowledge of customer-specific requirements.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Preventive Mental Health Programs.
- Experience with EHS software (e.g., Enablon, Cority, Velocity).
