The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for PowerFlex’s key accounts. This role will need to build and strengthen client relationships and develop long-term partnerships, with the goal of deploying as many mutually beneficial electric vehicle (EV) charging projects as possible. The role will require a self-starter who will excel at problem-solving by coordinating with various teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery of deliverables. The Account Management Associate will be responsible for managing complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and will be required to prioritize competing demands effectively.

This role is open to be 100% remote or a hybrid role out of one of our offices (Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA or New York, NY.)

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $81,000 – $135,000 annually. This position is eligible for PowerFlex’s comprehensive Health and Welfare plans including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off. The total compensation for this position may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable). PowerFlex’s compensation packages carefully consider a candidate’s qualifications, experiences, and education in relation to the position.
Physical Requirements
Remaining in a seated position. Long hours on the computer keyboard. Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
Working Conditions
Approximately 80% of the time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe etc.), telephones, and general office equipment. 20% of the time is spent traveling to conferences, project sites, customer visits.
