As the Sustainability & Innovation Lead you will have a pivotal role in spearheading the discovery and implementation of groundbreaking solutions to address complex sustainability and operational challenges. As a seasoned professional, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation, and sustainable solutions overseeing pilot programs, and strategically guiding the implementation of cutting-edge initiatives to solve problems.
Candidate will be part of a team that builds and maintains relationships with key pharmaceuticals and life sciences clients, reviews and analyzes energy, water and emissions data, develops client facing material that recognizes market leadership, and collaborates with other team members and clients to develop national and regional strategies to increase participation in energy and decarbonization programs

Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in sustainability, business, communications, or related field
Desired 3-5 years professional experience in sustainability and project management
Experience in sustainability strongly preferred, passion for sustainability required
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Advanced written and oral communication skills including public speaking
Strong presentation and time management skills; strong management and outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to travel required
