Here is how the Salesforce Administrator’s role will impact our business:

Do you want to work for a Salesforce support team where Salesforce is the central application for a fast-growing organization?  Then EQT is the place for you.  Our experienced team, guided by supportive and visionary Executives in making effective and efficient use of Salesforce in our digital work environment, needs a self-starter who doesn’t like to be micro-managed and who wants to leverage their Salesforce knowledge while having opportunities to learn how Salesforce can be used to solve any business problem. The sky is the limit for this role; where we have seen others excel and succeed, we need more assistance. 

The Salesforce Administrator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling multiple support cases at once, where the requests range from requesting new fields to creating new objects
  • Receives frequent and constant support requests and provisioning (on- and off-boarding resources) logged daily by our users
  • Being the point-person to our users, answering chatter comments to our Salesforce Team, and creating and managing support cases

Required / Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 1 to 3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a closely related field; or equivalent years of work experience
  • Expert knowledge in using the Salesforce Case object
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (call center) app is a plus, but not required
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce administration concepts such as app building, user provisioning, and data management
  • Has experience with creating Salesforce flow automations
  • Experience handling multiple support cases with various requests, such as mass data updates, user provisioning, applying security rules, creating objects, creating fields, creating formula fields, and creating validation rules
  • Knowledge in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Preferred knowledge in Salesforce Community Experiences
  • Takes ownership, self-starter, and good team player
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrate tact and a professional demeanor in dealing with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Remote work is being considered for this role, excluding the following states:  Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York, unless willing to relocate.
