Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth sales presentations and consultations with homeowners.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and present customized solar solutions.
- Close sales and meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated by appointment setters and self-generate additional leads.
- Maintain and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better position our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of solar energy products and industry trends.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
