What You Can Expect
As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you will focus on financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for ENGIE North America’s expanding renewables portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Renewables Global Business Unit (RGBU) Asset Management, Operations, Partnership teams, and our wholesale market-facing Global Energy Management Services team (GEMS) to gain a deep understanding of operational profitability drivers, risks, and liquidity management. Additionally, you will be a key member of ENGIEs finance team, ensuring accurate monthly and quarterly results for management, partnerships, and group reporting. In this role, you will participate in preparing monthly and quarterly business reviews for RGBU Management and ENGIE Group Corporate reporting, highlighting business performance and evolution based on operational and project-specific drivers. Your tracking of key financial indicators will provide early warnings to management and actionable information to advance the RGBU strategy. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the RGBU Director of FP&A.

Salary Range: $74,500 $104,265 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
