Customer Liaison

Job Description Energy Solutions Direct, a diversified home services company with an emphasis on residential solar, is a dynamic and fast-paced organization with a family-friendly and vibrant workforce. We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented individuals with superior project management and customer service skills to join our team as a Customer Liaison. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the engineering, permitting, installation, and activation process of various home energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct introductory phone calls with customers and provide them with a clear overview of the project process.
• Communicate effectively with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition from sales phase to project implementation.
• Assist customers in obtaining and exchanging necessary documents required for their projects.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for each project.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their projects.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of home energy systems or construction is a plus, but is not required.
